SHIPMENTS

Can I buy from anywhere in the world?
Practically yes, we ship to the vast majority of countries, we only do not ship to those countries that may have some customs restriction. To do this, contact our team directly. contact@vissmadrid.com  and we will help you personally. Our online store is based in Spain, therefore, all shipments within the European Union do not need customs procedures, they are delivered directly to the customer at their home address.

Who is responsible for customs expenses outside the European Union?
The charges, fees and all expenses that a shipment may generate will always be borne by the customer. ALL madrid In no case can you manage the expenses previously of the shipments, that is why we recommend that you can inform yourself with the customs of your country.

RETURNS

Can I return the products?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the purchase.
The garments must be returned in the same conditions as their sale, that is, clean, with their corresponding labels, without stains and that they have not been used, damaged, altered or washed.
Any return of the purchased items must be returned in their original packaging, including the delivery note and duly completing the form that you will find in this section.

In case of return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as long as it is not due to TARA of the garment or our ERROR when preparing the order. In this case, it will be deducted from the amount of the return of the order. The cost of said return will be €4.95 per package in the Peninsula and Portugal.

Is it true that you offer free shipping and free first change of size?
Yeah,  Shipping is free for all Peninsula and Portugal.
ALL madrid will bear the shipping costs if it is for a size change and only in the first change of each product.

FORMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES

What are the available forms of payment?
We currently have different forms of universal payments that we detail below, depending on the country from where you make the purchase, you can choose different payment platforms:

• PayPal: This payment method is very secure as it does not share financial information with VISSmadrid. 
• Credit card: This payment method is very safe and does not have any type of charge.
• BIZUM

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders within the Iberian Peninsula are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after they are shipped.
Orders within the European Union will take between 3 and 10 business days depending on the type of service chosen.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are delivered within a period of 10 to 25 working days, the delivery time varies depending on the type of service chosen and the place of delivery.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped, once we ship your order it is not possible to change the delivery address. Keep in mind cWhen you place your order, check your shipping information carefully. If there is an error and delivery cannot be made, the order remains in the office for 15 days and then the package returns to our physical store. In this case you will have to pay the shipping amount again.

Are the products made in Spain?
All our products are made in Spain, in our workshop located in Alcoy. We are committed to a quality and local product.

How can I know my size?
In each product on our website you will find a table of measurements through which we teach you how to know your size and choose the one that best suits you. Bearing in mind that our sizing has tried to be standardized to that of the Inditex group for greater comfort for our customers. It should be noted that our garments are designed to adapt to each silhouette without marking too much.
