Orders ship the day after purchase or the next business day if purchased on a weekend or holiday.
Shipments have a preparation time of 1-2 working days after payment is made. From then on, the 24/48 hour period begins in which the transport company will deliver your order if it is for the Peninsula, or 10-12 working days for the rest of the destinations. We cannot confirm an exact day of delivery, but we will try to adjust as much as possible to the quoted period.
When you place your order, check your shipping information carefully. If there is an error and delivery cannot be made, the order remains in the office for 15 days and then the package returns to our physical store. In this case you will have to pay the shipping amount again.
The shipping cost will depend on the country of residence. We will inform you of the exact cost in the last step of your purchase, when you have to enter your address.
We offer a delivery service for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, between 1 and 3 business days from when we send the email indicating the DEPARTURE OF THE MERCHANDISE from our warehouses.
Unfortunately right now we do not serve the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping is free for the entire Peninsula and Portugal.
b) EUROPEAN UNION
For countries belonging to the EU we offer a delivery service between 3 and 7 business days from when we send the email indicating the DEPARTURE OF THE MERCHANDISE from our warehouses.
We deliver to the entire European Union. In the case of countries with Customs or shipments to the United Kingdom, the customer will be asked for additional information to generate the corresponding invoice. In the event that these destinations are associated with any tariffs or customs expenses in their destination country, these will be borne by the client and will have to be paid upon delivery of the merchandise. The delivery time to these countries may vary.
c) OTHER DESTINATIONS
For shipments to other countries, consult the shipping costs, delivery times and the data to provide before finalizing the purchase to the email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the expenses and procedures to follow.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase.
The garments must be returned in the same conditions as their sale, that is, clean, with their corresponding labels, without stains and that they have not been used, damaged, altered or washed.
Any return of the purchased items must be returned in their original packaging, including the delivery note and duly completing the form that you will find in this section.
In case of return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as long as it is not due to TARA of the garment or our ERROR when preparing the order. In this case, it will be deducted from the amount of the return of the order. The cost of said return will be €4.95 per package in the Peninsula and Portugal.
We do not accept returns of merchandise postage due, CERTAIN MADRID will give instructions to our carrier for its collection.
CERTAIN MADRID will assume the shipping costs if it is for a size change and only in the first change of each product in Peninsula and Portugal.
Once the garment is received and it is verified that it is in perfect condition, within a maximum period of 15 days, we will proceed to manage the return. Said return will be made in the same way that the payment was made, if applicable, informing you that your refund has been made, or the new size will be sent. Remember that the time it takes for said amount to appear on your bank statement will depend on your bank.

In accordance with current legislation, any purchase made from our website will be subject to value added tax (VAT). According to Spanish regulations, we are obliged to issue an invoice for orders over 3,000 euros (VAT included).
CERTAIN MADRID has made every effort to correctly display the colors of our products on the web. However, each monitor's calibration is different and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors accurately.
